The Franchise Blueprint is a clearly defined consultancy service focused on creating the operational foundation for successfully replicating one business concept. It includes review of what you have already developed, the complete Five-Stage process, tailored questioning and clarification, relevant research, development of the essential operating processes and standards, and your completed bespoke Blueprint. It does not replace specialist legal, financial, regulatory, branding or technical advice; where these or other specialist inputs are required, they will be identified as part of the process so they can be added at the appropriate stage.
It creates the operational foundation around which the appropriate legal, financial, regulatory and other specialist elements can subsequently be added.
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE BLUEPRINT
When the founder is the business … The Franchise Blueprint grew from a real consulting challenge.
I was asked to help turn an innovative founder-led fragrance experience into something another operator could reproduce. The challenge wasn't simply documenting the processes. The founder was the business.
Her specialist knowledge, personality, confidence, customer understanding and instinct were all integral to making the concept successful. It worked brilliantly when she did it. The challenge was making sure somebody else could reproduce it.
The resulting project involved more than 200 hours of research, development, writing and coordination and ultimately created a comprehensive operating framework for the business.
That experience became the practical foundation for today's much more focused Five-Stage Franchise Blueprint methodology.
